The large warm water pool was a hit with the kids.

Unfortunately, the service at the reception was very slow. I often found myself waiting a long time just to ask a simple question. Additionally, the air conditioner in our room did not function for two days, making it impossible to sleep comfortably at night.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The kids loved the LittleStars Club with treasure hunts and arts & crafts. We enjoyed the private beach, outdoor tennis court, and the awesome water park. The food was fresh and tasty, and the entertainment kept everyone engaged.

One downside was the food variety, which could be improved. While it was fresh, some dishes were repetitive.

I stayed in the Single Room with Garden View for 1 night, and it was a mixed bag. The bed was comfy, but I found a bed bug—so that was a big no. Cleanliness could use some improvement. The staff was super helpful though, which was nice! Plus, the meals made it easy to just chill instead of worrying about food. Still, I wouldn't say it's the best room experience.
